Special Agent Kevin Minor, FBI Dallas Field Office, will be speaking on " Partnering for Security - FBI Engagement with Corporate Security Leaders."

Kevin Minor was selected as the Private Sector Coordinator for the FBI Dallas Division in 2022. In this role, Mr. Minor manages the FBI’s Corporate Outreach and Private Sector Engagement initiatives. These initiatives promote private sector partnerships focused on critical infrastructure protection.

Mr. Minor entered on duty as an FBI special agent in 2005, assigned to the San Antonio Field Office/McAllen Resident Agency. During this assignment, Mr. Minor conducted criminal enterprise investigations related to transnational organized crime/Mexican Cartels, violent crimes against children, illegal immigration/human trafficking, and violent incident crimes.
In October 2010, Mr. Minor transferred to the Dallas Field Office where he investigated white collar crime and public corruption matters, with an emphasis on municipalities and law enforcement corruption.
In October 2013, Mr. Minor was assigned to the Dallas Field Office/Frisco Resident Agency to lead investigative and intelligence efforts to combat enterprise level drug trafficking, international organized crime, and hi-tech/darknet organized crime.

Mr. Minor earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a graduate certificate in Forensic Toxicology. Prior to joining the FBI, Mr. Minor was employed as a Forensic Chemist, where he specialized in controlled substance analysis, trace evidence analysis, and ballistics.
