We've all seen and heard stories of employees being fired over social media activity/activism or being caught on someone else's camera doing something controversial if not criminal. The security profession is not immune. You hired them, you trained them, you invested in them, but now you must answer for them. Regardless of the industry or profession, how do you foster critical thinking skills within your employees' online/offline, on-the-clock and off-the-clock behaviors so these do not jeopardize your staffing, operations, morale, productivity, profits and public image?  This is about reputation management in risk management.

Speaker Bio: Jeff McKissack is a national and international speaker on the topics of risk and reputation management, having personally addressed over 400,000 in live audiences and millions more via TV appearances during almost 40 years in his field.  He is president of Defense By Design here in DFW. 

His primary three areas of focus are physical risks, data risks and reputational risks with several of these today combined for the average business whether medical, legal, educational, transportation, hospitality, restaurant, retail, financial, nonprofit, insurance, risk management, human resource, event/venue management and more. 

Jeff has spoken to ASIS prior, but addresses numerous conferences and conventions, offers online and onsite employee training, conducts continuing education courses, and presents client engagement events for recruitment and retention.  Name an industry or profession and he has probably addressed it.
